    STAR KIDS EVENT LLC 

    • If the equipment is damaged at the time of pick up, a fee will be charged for the value of the damaged product.
    • We DO NOT ALLOW FACEPAINT on our equipments, softplay, ball pits. 
      If we find facepaint on our equipments you will be responsible  for replacing the equipment for the full amount in less than a week.
    • Bookings and dates are not confirmed until payments are received.
      STAR KIDS EVENT is NOT liable for any accidents, injury or damage incurred while equipment is under responsibility of the hiring party.
    • If the weather shows that it is going to rain or it is raining, we WILL NOT set up any set, please have a second place as plan B.
      If you do not have a plan B, you will have a credit of 1 year to use our service.
    • STAR KIDS EVENT is responsible for the delivery, assembly and pick up.
    • We required a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your total balance. 
    • The total payment is due 2 weeks before the event date. 
    • We don't do refunds, you will have a 1 year credit with us. 
    • In the unforeseen event of rain, equipment must immediately be moved indoors.
    • All equipment must be inside the play area including ball pit balls
  • Rules for play

    • We do not allow face paint, glitter, play-doh, sand, slime, food, drinks, sharps or shoes inside our zones.
    • We strictly only allow the age of 6 Months - 5 years old inside our playgrounds.
    • We strictly only allow the age of 5 years - 10 years old inside our 9ft Ball Pit.
    • All play participants must sanitize their hands before entering the mobile play
    • Adult supervision is required all the time.
  • Waiver of Liability

    STAR KIDS EVENT LLC


    WAIVER OF LIABILITY,
    ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT.

      

    In consideration of the opportunity to use the equipment and obtain services from STAR KIDS EVENT LLC (the “Company”), I, on behalf of myself, my child/children, and all others who may use the equipment in relation to my purchase of services and rental of equipment from the Company, sign this Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement (the “Agreement”), and by signing, intend to bind myself, my children, and all others who may use the equipment in relation to my purchase of services and rental of equipment from the Company, to this Agreement in exchange for the use of the services and equipment provided by the Company.

     
    I, represent that I am the parent(s) or legal guardian or chaperone of the participant(s) named below. I represent that I acknowledge and understand that there are dangers and risks associated with the use of the equipment supplied by the Company, and agree to assume full risk and responsibility of personal injury, including the potential for paralysis and death. I understand the nature of the services and equipment, and acknowledge and agree that all who will use the equipment are qualified to use the equipment in accordance with any terms and conditions or other rules provided by the Company. I will inspect the equipment to be used, and if I or anyone else believes the equipment is unsafe, I shall immediately cease all use of the equipment and promptly contact the Company to inform them as such.

     
    I, for myself, my child/children, and all others who may use the equipment in relation to my purchase of services and rental of equipment from the Company, agree to follow all terms and conditions and safety rules provided and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in serious injury, paralysis, or death, as well as immediate termination of the use of the equipment. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the use of the services and equipment, and I assume full responsibility on behalf of myself, my child/children, , and all others who may use the equipment in relation to my purchase of services and rental of equipment from the Company, as well as my and their heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, and HEREBY INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE COMPANY, AS WELL AS ITS OWNERS, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURERS FROM ALL LIABILITY RELATED TO ANY INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, ILLNESS, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. THIS AGREEMENT SHALL APPLY TO ALL RISKS, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, RELATED TO THE USE OF THE EQUIPMENT OR SERVICES.

     
    BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 EXISTS IN ANY PLACE WHERE MULTIPLE PEOPLE ARE PRESENT AS WELL AS IN RELATION TO THE USE OF ANY EQUIPMENT OR SURFACE WHICH HAS BEEN TOUCHED OR USED BY OTHERS. BY USING THE EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES OF THE COMPANY, I ON BEHALF OF MYSELF, MY CHILD/CHILDREN, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY USE THE EQUIPMENT IN RELATION TO MY PURCHASE OF SERVICES AND RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT FROM THE COMPANY, ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 AND THEREBY INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE COMPANY, ITS OWNERS, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURERS FROM ALL LIABILITY OR CLAIMS RELATED TO ANY EXPOSURE OR POTENTIAL EXPOSURE OF COVID-19.

     
    IF DESPITE THIS AGREEMENT, I, OR ANYONE ELSE, MAKES A CLAIM AGAINST THE COMPANY, INCLUDING ITS OWNERS, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURERS, I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE COMPANY AND ITS OWNERS, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURERS FROM ANY LITIGATION EXPENSES, ATTORNEY FEES, LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE, OR COST WHICH MAY OCCUR RELATED TO THE CLAIM.
