Once we receive your booking form we'll contact you with any questions/clarifications.
We will create you an invoice, outlining in detail your event, and how to secure your date with deposit.
Your event is not booked until we receive your deposit payment. We require a NON REFUNDABLE $50 deposit at the time of booking, we do not accept cash.
The Client is responsible for the following:
• Ensure that the party area has sufficient space to set up the Equipment (each tent measures approx. 4 feet wide / long as a twin bed with mattress inside)
• Supplier will not clean, move or remove furniture. Please ensure the area is clear/clean before we arrive, if the area is not prepped and completely ready upon arrival- client risks cancelation without refund.
•Supervise any children using the Equipment during the party event. Overnight rental is NOT recommended for children under the age of 5. YOU are responsible for letting us know the ages of the guests, any guests under the age of 5 requires a refundable damage deposit of $50. The Client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the rental period. The Client will not move any equipment once styled. Client will be charged, based per item, if any of the equipment is returned damaged, excessively dirty, ripped or torn. Additionally, the Client will be charged the full cost of any item that is lost or not returned. The Client agrees that the Supplier (including its owners, agents, employees, successors and assigns) accepts no liability for any claim for personal injury, sickness, death, loss or negligence on the part of the Supplier however caused. The Client is solely responsible for injuries or property damage occurring due to use of the Equipment. The Client assumes all liability for and agrees to defend, indemnify, hold harmless and protect the Supplier from and against any and all liability. The Supplier requires a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit as a guarantee for reservation of date. If a cancellation occurs the Client will forfeit $50 deposit and any payments made, we DO allow rebooking within 12 months of original date based only on our availability. Event balance is due 7 Days prior to your party. If balance isn't received by close of business on due date a $25 late fee will be assessed for EACH DAY LATE. If you cancel or we cancel your event due to non payment, your $50 deposit is forfeited, see above line for details. Any requests within 7 days event, for changes to colors, themes, guest names etc. or LOCATION are subject to a change fee. No guarantee that changes will be able to be made. Based on availability - a rush fee maybe added to any party/event booked 10 days or less from event date. In this case FULL BALANCE is due at time of booking.
All setups/equipment/photographs are the property of Star Glampers Sleepovers. You may not use any items/equipment/displays/photographs taken by us or you for other than personal use. Any usage of photographs/videos/social media for commercial or business promotion subject you to copyright laws. You may not reproduce, display or reproduce any media for other than personal use. These terms and conditions of use ('terms') constitute a legal agreement between you and Star Glampers Sleepovers, and are agreed up and accepted upon receipt of deposit.
Upon receipt of your booking confirmation /paid deposit you agree to the Terms and Conditions listed above.
