Permission to Use Photo Release Form
I give Golden Hair Kingdom permission to take photographs of the provided service. I will check the braider work prior to completion and after she/he has finished with my services. I will let the braider performing my services know if I feel any discomfort during my service.I understand that the braider performing my service today will not be responsible or liable for my braids and/or style AFTER I have left the salon location.I read and understand this document and accept the terms indicated above.
