RE: Letter of Support for the following CUP:
(1) CUP - RPPL2023002119 - Everson Royce / DBA Altadena Wine
(2) CUP - RPPL2023002707 - 2311 Bar LLC / DBA Good Neighbor Tavern
Dear Mr. Curzi:
I am writing this letter in support of the two proposed projects to be located at 2311 Lincoln Ave. in Altadena.
I fully support the granting of a new conditional use permit (RPPL2023002119) for Altadena Wine—a fine wine, beer, and spirits shop—that will offer the sale of a full line of alcohol for off-site consumption as well as the on-site consumption of beer and wine (tastings) with hours of operation from 9am - 11pm daily.
In addition, I am also in full support of a new conditional use permit (RPPL2023002707) for Good Neighbor Tavern, a new neighborhood bar offering the sale of a full line of alcohol for on-site consumption with hours of operation from 9am - 2am daily.
I am in full support of both of these new businesses and their respective conditional use permits. I respectfully request the Planning Commission approve the CUP applications for each of these new businesses at 2311 Lincoln Ave, Altadena, CA 91001.
