This rental equipment has been received in good condition and I will return it in the same condition. I agree to pay the full replacement cost, from supplier of Pick A Party's choice, including labor, for all damages to rental equipment. All items are a rental and must be returned unless in writing that the client will be keeping it prior to the event day. All pictures sent or provided by the client or Pick A Party by Rise N Shine representatives are for inspirational purposes only, actual final design may vary.I will not loan, sublet or otherwise depose of equipment or use it at any other location. Equipment must not be moved or relocated from original set up location (spot at the original property address) from Pick A Party by Rise N Shine. Do not move rental equipment.I understand There are no warranties of merchantability or fitness either expressed or implied. The person/s or organization/s and family, or any representatives of the renter. renting this Equipment will be held responsible and liable for any and all damage or injury occurring for any reason whatsoever.Non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve the Date and Time requested. Text or Call 843-580-1611 to pay deposit. Event balance must be paid in full thirty (30) days prior to the originally scheduled event along with completed rental agreement to reserve the event. In the event that the rental agreement and entire balance are not completed within 30 days prior, all contracts will be terminated immediately. No refunds are given for any money paid to Pick A Party. In the event that Pick A Party by Rise N shine representatives are unable to complete the negotiated service, Pick A Party by Rise N Shine will try to reschedule to an alternate date, that must be within 3 months of the original rental date, to use the balance paid (as long as equipment and personnel are available). New event date & time must be solely approved by Pick A Party. Pick A Party will try to offer a different event in place of the original event (if the original event is not available) with no refund for difference in price/value. New event must be completed in the make-up event at one time, events can not be split up into several new events. Please check with your venue to be sure that the rules will allow for your event of choice, ex. space for photo booth, helium, balloons, etc.If anyone at the delivery address is sick, the event will be stopped immediately, without refund. A $200 cleaning/disinfecting fee will be charged to the renter. However, if there will be no one entering the rental equipment (inflatables) and it is to ONLY be used as a party prop, the event can continue.Maximum allowed guests are FOUR (4) at one time in Snow Globe and ONE (1) in the Cash Cube. NO side walls of either equipment is to be touched or leaned on at any time. Small children 4 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult while inside of the Bubble House/Snow Globe.All guests using any inflatable must remove shoes, badges, jewelry, keys, eyeglasses and any SHARP objects BEFORE entering. NO PETS ALLOWED.Absolutely NO confetti, food, gum, water, sticky hands or feet, drinks, sprays, sand, bubbles or any sticky substances are allowed in ANY rental equipment. Only balloons included in the rental are allowed inside the Snow Globe. Failure to follow rules will result in a $200-$400 additional cleaning fee, as determined by Pick A Party. Any equipment damaged/stained will be charged to the renter at full replacement cost from supplier of Pick A Party's choice.ONLY socks or bare feet are allowed in Bubble House and Cash Cube. Empty all pockets before entering.Themed party fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to future events once research and coordination with venues, vendors, and service providers have commenced. If the client requests changes to the event’s vendors, venue, or other details, additional fees of $1500 may apply for the coordination services. Any deposits or payments made to vendors or venues are the client’s responsibility and will remain due, as these providers block the reserved date, purchase items and may forgo other bookings. Pick A Party by Rise N shine is not liable for refunds or vendor cancellations. All fees must be paid in full more than 30 days prior to the original event date.No smoking or vapes of any kind are allowed in or around any inflatable or popcorn machine, customer agrees that a $200 cleaning/disinfecting fee will be charged to the renter and the event will be cancelled immediately. No open flames or heaters are to be within 200 ft of inflatables or any rental Equipment at any time.***If an inflatable is losing air, it is the responsibility of the Client to assist and direct ALL guests inside and around that they MUST EXIT IMMEDIATELY for their safety and MUST not re-enter with out the safe operations of the equipment***.For Balloon Arch, Balloon Column or Balloon Centerpiece, a striking fee/disassembly fee of $200 will be charged unless the renter disassembles and agrees upon a meeting date and time to return all supporting structures to Pick A Party, within 24 hours after event rental period is complete. If the Balloon Art supporting structures are not returned within 24 hours of end of rental, there will be a fee of $50 charged to the renter.All guests must be supervised by the renter or another responsible adult designated by the renter at all times while equipment remains on the property. Any injuries or inconvenience to the guests, venue or other interested parties/vendors, etc. are the responsibility of the Renter.Anyone with physical or mental conditions or pregnant are strongly advised not to enter the inflatables and should be supervised and assisted around all rented equipment at all times.Inflatables are DRY only rentals. Equipment should not be entered while ground is wet due to electrical shock risk from blowers and slipping hazard in inflatables. Inflatables and any electric rental require renter to provide their electricity. One (1) 25ft extension cord is provided. Additional extension cords are to be provided by the renter. Electricity is to be provided by the renter for all equipment requiring electric to run properly, if Pick A Party by Rise N Shine provides the electricity to run the rentals, there will be an additional charge for portable electricity.Snow Globe rental includes 100 standard color interior balloons in 2-3 colors. Additional colors or specialty colors for an additional fee. Bubble House/Snow Globe interior balloons and Balloon Art Balloons may pop. Any touch-ups for popped balloons after set-up will be be an additional charge. Renter is to discard all popped balloons immediately to avoid choking hazard.Renter agrees to the right for Pick A Party by Rise N Shine to enter premises of renter/host or any venue at the agreed upon time to set up and at any time to retrieve all rental equipment. Renter agrees to reimburse Pick A Party for all attorney fees, an amount of 100% of all sums due, court costs and expenses incurred by Pick A Party by Rise N Shine to enforce collection or to preserve or enforce rights under this contract. Unless a business waiver is signed by Pick A Party by Rise N Shine representative.Inside of Cash Cube and Snow Globe, guests are to only grab fake money and or balloons and must not rip, pop or destroy props or touch the inside walls or ceiling. In the event of any rough play inside of the Snow Globe, Pick A Party reserves the right to lock the entrances and leave the equipment in the background as a party/event prop only, for the remainder of the event. If risk of possible damage still exists to the equipment, as determined by Pick A Party Representative, Pick A Party reserves the right to discontinue the event rental without refund or reschedule option available.The safety and security of all guests of the renter/party hosts are the responsibility of the renter/party hosts/property owner. Unless the renter is covered by a business waiver signed by Pick A Party by Rise N Shine representative. Consultation for Themed Parties are a fee of $1,200+ for basic planning, charged in full at time of booking, of this amount $300 (NRD) is due before coordination consultation begins for any Themed Party. This Deposit is for services rendered once consult begins. Thee Patch Studio Trucker Hat & Glam Bag Bar Party $350 (NRD). Corn Hole game 2 piece set $25 (NRD). Glimmer Mini Golf $200 (NRD) per set. Movie Night $200 (NRD). TeePee Slumber Party $200 (NRD) per set. Tea Party Rental is an itemized rental 75% of the total amount (NRD) is due at the time of booking. LED Digital Photobooth and 360 Photobooth Rentals deposit $500 (NRD) each. Popcorn Trolley $125 + popcorn packets price (NRD). Balloon Arch $200 (NRD) each. Art Party $200 (NRD). Balloon Centerpiece $55 (NRD) each. Balloon Column $125 (NRD) each. Balloon Room Surprise $150 (NRD) each. Backdrop/Balloon Design $200 (NRD) each. Each of the rental deposits are listed unless it is combined with a Themed Party. All items are charged the complete rental amount due even if the actual rental time is less than the stated or booked rental time. All deposits and monies paid are non-refundable. All credit card transactions are subject to 3% processing fee. Only USD funds are accepted.Any pictures taken of any event guests are covered by this agreement which also acts as a photo release stating that Pick A Party by Rise N Shine and representatives have permission to publish by any method on any outlet including social channels, websites, etc., without compensation, for personal and commercial use. A copy of the photograph model release will be provided at the event (on the photo booth device). Pick A Party reserves the right to take pictures of the party set up and guests, without compensation present or future.For each balloon designs, customer MUST inform Pick A Party of 2-3 regular balloon color choices for your theme and other relevant details of your event more than thirty (30) days of the original event date. Balloon columns and arch designs may vary from example pictures shown for illustrative purposes. Balloons may pop at any time before the end of the rental period, No refunds given. Some touch-ups may be available, for an additional fee, if representatives are still onsite.Popcorn Trolley must be used for warming purposes only after initial popping of each pouch, Popcorn and popcorn serving bags will be provided for an additional fee based on $5 per serving. All food equipment must be wiped down by client after it completely cools down. Be careful with glass and hot elements and pots. Do not touch until completely cold.Snow Globe, Cash Cube and all Balloon Decor must be set up indoors or in a shady area outdoors. Both, Cash Cube and Snow globe must not be booked at an event with paints (Art Party/Face Painting, etc).For outdoor events, flat, grass area that the Inflatable and other equipment will be placed, MUST be free of dog/animal waste, water, rocks, sharp objects, not under trees, close to bushes, sticks and branches, etc. Failure to provide a clean spot at set up time (event day) to set up the inflatable safely, will forfeit the reservation event and no refund will be issued.
