  • SERVICE PROVIDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

    Amarse is a subsiduary of Glamour Beauty Clinic Ltd, a company registered in Gibraltar with company number 09470015, whose registered office address is 4, Secretary's Lane. Gibraltar. GX11 1AA

    Amarse is engaged in the business of providing lead generation to the Service Provider comprised of requests for beauty, wellness or other personal care services made by individuals and companies. Amarse itself does not offer mobile services. The contract of services is between the provider and the individual/company. 

    This Agreement shall give you the right to accept to perform services (Requests) for which you shall be paid a Service Fee. Each request that you accept shall constitute a separate contractual engagement. 

    You have complete discretion whether to agree to a booking request. If, however, you agree to the requests, you must abide by the terms of this Agreement. 

    With your permission we may use pictures of your work to feature on the Amarse website and social media accounts. Due to the nature of our business we are unable to tag you in on any posts as we require and booking enquiries to come directly through Amarse.

     

    PROVIDER OBLIGATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

    We expect the provider to:

    • Provide services in accordance with this Agreement in accordance with the Client's specifications. Ensuring that all treatments or other services provided are of the highest quality and comply with industry standards.

     

    • Adhere to health and safety guidelines in accordance with the appointment to ensure the safest possible treatment environment for you and your client.

     

    • Ensure that you disclose relevant health and safety information to clients including and relating to common allergies associated with treatments;

     

    • In exchange for accepting and fully performing a Request, you shall be paid an agreed Service Fee for your completion of that Request. The service fee will be agreed at the time of booking.

     

    BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES

    • Bookings cancelled before your booking has been confirmed will not be charged. *The booking is confimed once a deposit has been paid.

     

    • Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged at 25%. This amount will be transferred to you minus the card transaction fees.

     

    • In the instance of lateness for an appointment, we offer a 20 minute grace period for both the customer and the provider. For wait times over 20 minutes the client will be charged the full fee without having had the treatment if the provider has other booking commitments. The provider (you) are responsible for collecting this fee from the client before you leave.

     

    PROVIDER RESTRICTIONS

    • Never solicit appointments with Amarse Users directly. This will be a direct breach of this agreement. Legal action may be taken against you

     

    • Service providers are to use their best endeavours to settle any disputes that may arise in relation to an Appointment. If a client isn’t happy with the service, it is the providers (your) responsibility to resolve this with the client.

     

    • The Service provider agrees that during the term of this Agreement and for a period of 24 months after the termination of the Agreement it shall not directly or indirectly, solicit any of Amarse’s clients.

     

    • You understand that you shall not during the term of this Agreement use your relationship with Amarse (or the information gamed therefrom) to divert or attempt to divert, any business from the Amarse to a company that provides lead generation services in competition with the Amarse. 

     

    You are solely responsible for all costs and expenses relating to your personal and equipment in performing Personal Services under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Qualifications, licensing, insurance coverage and any fees, Taxes or other costs relating to your business and equipment. 


    We strongly recommend if you don’t have already that you take out necessary insurances in respect of the Personal Services provided by you. If something goes wrong during the treatment or something happens as a result of you carrying out the treatment. You are liable, would be made directly against you.

     

    PAYMENT OF SERVICE FEES

    Service fees will be paid directly to you by the client on the day of the treatment along with any agreed transportation fees
