FORM 5 Stand Contractor Appointment

DEADLINE 6 NOVEMBER 2023 – COMPULSORY RETURN FOR RAW SPACE EXHIBITORS ONLY
Raw space exhibitors are required to register their appointed stand contractor to the Organisers. All design proposals must be approved of by the Organisers and should conform to health and safety general standard.

Detailed drawings should be e-mailed to: ops@mediaarthasentosa.com on or before 8 November 2023 showing the plan and elevation of the stand and its fittings, state materials and fire protection to be used, describe moving exhibits, projectors and displays and give details of measurements, weights and loading of all exhibits.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MOVE – IN PERIOD IS ONLY 12 WORKING HOURS. DO CONSIDER THIS WHEN MAKING DESIGN OF YOUR STAND. NO OVERTIME WORK WILL BE ALLOWED AT ALL DUE TO VENUE SCHEDULE.

General Standard height of stand for space only is maximum 4 metres. No stand height above 4 metre will be allowed. No double – decked stand is allowed.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR APPOINTED STAND CONTRACTOR

All contractors are required to submit Construction Deposit to the Organisers before they are allowed to move in for work. The deposit is refundable within 14 business days after the event is closed. The amount of deposit should be in the form of Check or Giro made payable to PT MEDIA ARTHA SENTOSA. The Organisers do not accept deposit in cash or bank transfer.

We will appoint an external contractor to build our RAW SPACE stand, as detailed below.We will appoint an external contractor to upgrade / modify our SHELL SCHEME stand as detailed below. We understand that we are required to obtain prior permission from the Organiser for the modification.Our company will act as a contractor to build our own stand during the move-in / move-out period, as completed below. We understand that we are required to obtain prior permission from the Organiser for the modification.
Note:

Exhibitors who have booked a Shell Scheme stand are not required to return this form, unless the Shell Scheme stand is being modified by an outside stand contractor or by themselves.

- All fields MUST be completed, the Organisers reserve the right to reject or deny registration of any contractors should it is deemed unfit or inappropriate without giving any reasons;
- All exhibitors are also responsible to inform their appointed contractors to work ONLY within the schedule of work set by the Organisers. Working beyond these hours will be considered overtime and charges apply. Any overtime charges MUST be settled before the dismantling time or the Organisers reserve the right to confiscate or detain any display or exhibit goods or deny the clearance of the exhibitor’s move out.
