Terms of Service
Payment and Landscape Reservation
Upon your initial consultation with our landscaping team, payment of either the full balance or a minimum of 50% of the total cost is required within 24 to 48 hours to reserve your spot for landscaping. This payment confirms your booking unless otherwise specified. If anything less than 50% is received we will not start until we have at least 50% of the payment total
Timing and Project Completion
Please allocate a minimum of 2 weeks for the completion of your project. Our team is dedicated to providing a meticulous and high-quality landscaping service, which necessitates an ample timeframe to ensure optimal results.
- Minimum Time Requirement: A minimum of 2 weeks is required to undertake and complete your landscaping project from the date of booking confirmation.
- Rush Fee: In instances where a project is booked with a timeline of less than 2 weeks, an additional rush fee of 10000L$ will be applied to your service cost to accommodate the expedited process.
- Project Commencement: The project timeline will commence from the date of the initial payment and confirmation of the project details, not from the consultation date. (ex. if you book your project to start on the 13th and want it done by the 28th but don't pay until the 20th you will be charged a rush fee due to the initial payment being received too late even if you booked it on the 13th)
Consultations
Consultations must be done to ensure that we are able to execute your project. During the consultation, we will ask any necessary questions and confirm all the details that you put in your form. During this time you are allowed to make any changes before the project is started. We will do a walk-through of your land and plan out where you would want everything to be.
- Consultation Fee: A fee of 2000L$ will be charged for the consultation service, which is dedicated to understanding your needs, providing expert advice, and formulating a preliminary plan for the landscaping project.
- Payment of Fee: The consultation fee is payable prior to the scheduled meeting and is non-refundable. This ensures that our team is adequately compensated for their time and expertise.
Unpaid Landscaping Projects
If we do not receive any payment following your order, we reserve the right to take up everything that was landscaped and sell it as a limited premade option for other clients.
Respectful Collaboration and Non-Harassment
Eventique is dedicated to providing a professional and respectful working environment. While we appreciate client involvement and feedback, we do not tolerate micromanaging or harassment towards our Landscapers during the project execution. Clients are kindly asked to respect the expertise and working space of our Landscapers. Any form of harassment, undue pressure, or disrespectful communication may result in the termination or delay of the project. If we find you on the land we will leave and not come back until the land is clear of people.
Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for securing and managing their land ownership and rights. We are not responsible if you lose your land due to non-payment of rent or other reasons. If any work on the land gets returned during your design process because of loss of land or because you don't like something, you will not receive any refunds and you will have to start the process all over.
Intellectual Property
All designs, themes, and custom creations remain the intellectual property of our team. Replication, redistribution, or resale of our designs without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
Client Cooperation
Clients agree to provide all necessary information and virtual materials required for us to complete the landscaping project promptly. Delays due to client unresponsiveness or delays in providing essential materials may incur additional charges or cancellation of service
Additional Costs
Any additional costs incurred during the project that were not initially quoted (such as additional landscaping elements) will be billed to the client and are payable upon receipt of the invoice.
Revision Policy
We allow for 3 revisions during the design process. Any additional revisions or alterations requested beyond this will be subject to 2K Per change
Landscape Alterations
Any alterations to the landscaping details must be communicated to us at least 1 week prior to the project completion date. Last-minute changes may be subject to additional charges and an extension of the completion date.
Client Satisfaction and Feedback
We value client satisfaction and welcome feedback. Any concerns or dissatisfaction should be communicated to our team within 2 days following the project completion to allow us the opportunity to address and rectify any issues.
Technical Issues
We are not responsible for technical issues that may occur during the landscaping process that are beyond our control, such as platform outages or issues related to third-party service providers in Second Life
Payment for Additional Services
Any services requested beyond the initially agreed-upon package will be billed separately and are payable upon receipt of the invoice.
Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
