In Pennsylvania, copies of Water bills are typically sent to owners. The water company will need to be contacted by owner and instead of those bills going to the owner's address, they should be sent in care of DeSantis Property Management, 200 Commerce Drive, Suite 202, Moon Township, PA 15108. DPM is unable to do this, as it must be done by the owner. I understand this needs to be completed within 30 days.
