    Parents, please review these rules with your children before the event.

    At Kimber Academy, we strive for excellence in all our activities, upholding the values of God, Family, and Country. The KimberTowne Entrepreneur Market is open to all young entrepreneurs, regardless of enrollment at Kimber Academy. We invite families to participate in this exciting event where children can create, sell, and develop valuable business skills in a positive, uplifting environment.

    By registering, you agree to the following:

    Parent Responsibility & Authorization

    • Parents/legal guardians are fully responsible for their child(ren) during the event.
    • Parents authorize their child(ren) to participate and acknowledge that Kimber Academy is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items.
    • For children under 12 years old, a parent/guardian must remain at the booth at all times.

    Booth Setup & Event Guidelines

    • Booths will be provided with a 6ft x 36in table and chairs.
    • Booths must be kept neat and clean throughout the event.
    • Parents and children are responsible for bringing their own business supplies, products, and signage.
    • If the event is held outdoors, participants may need to bring a tent for shade (check with admin for details).

    Business Conduct & Presentation

    • Participants must maintain a respectful and professional attitude at all times.
    • No political or social recruiting is allowed.
    • Clothing must be modest, clean, and free from offensive slogans or imagery.
    • Business signage and attire are encouraged as long as they align with event guidelines.

    Health & Safety

    • If selling food or providing services, gloves are required.
    • All other participants are encouraged to bring hand sanitizer for their booth.

    Competition & Prizes

    • Both Junior Creators (ages 8-11) and Advanced Creators (ages 12-15) qualify for cash prizes.
    • Participants competing for prizes must track their sales and expenses—these will be collected at 1:00 PM.
    • Winners will be announced between 2:00-2:30 PM.
    • No reimbursements will be provided for expenses incurred.

    Registration & Fees

    • The “Business License” (registration fee) and “Booth Lease” (booth fee) are non-refundable.
    • Registration secures participation in the market and covers booth space, but each entrepreneur is responsible for their own setup and business operations. 

    Photo and Media Release:

    By signing this waiver, I grant permission for KimberTowne Entrepreneur Market and its representatives to take photographs, video recordings, and other media of my child(ren) during the event. I authorize the use of these images and recordings for promotional purposes, including social media, marketing materials, and the Kimber Academy website. I understand that my child’s name will not be used without additional consent. If I do not wish for my child(ren) to be photographed or recorded, I will notify event organizers in writing prior to the event.
