Nell Lane Bradford Tuition Scholarship Student Application
This is a $3000 scholarship available to MUSIC MAJORS at any institution. The completed application, essay, recommendation and counselor forms, and transcript must be submitted on or before January 13, 2025 at 11:59PM. If you have questions, please send an email to dsthsvscholar@gmail.com.

All information will be held in the strictest of confidence and will be used solely for the purpose of scholarship administration.
INSTRUCTIONS

1. The application process is automated and contains fillable PDFs for ease of submission.

2. You will be able to save your work and edit all responses, print and preview, and submit your form.

3. Failure to submit all of the required information will result in the application being rejected.

4. The scholarship funds will be applied to tuition and/or fees.

5. Children whose mothers are members of the Huntsville Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. are NOT ELIGIBLE to receive this scholarship.

6. Completed applications are to be submitted by 11:59PM on January 13, 2025.
RECOMMENDATION FORM / COUNSELOR FORM: Save the appropriate documents below by downloading them to your device. Send it to the appropriate persons. Please ask the faculty member and counselor to send the forms to you for submission as part of your application.
