Drag Discovery Nights - MUSIC SUBMISSION FORM

This form is to only be used for those entering as a contestant in the weekly Drag Discovery night. Entries are limited to the first 10 contestants each week. Hosts, and Mentors should use the normal LUSH Music Submission form.

Applicants are now able to submit Videos for our 16:9 Video Screen! Otherwise, the "Drag Discovery Night" will be your background for your act. If your file is too large fopr the jotform please still fill out this form but send your video file (with audio included in the video) to music@lushmpls.com and include your name and date of show.
