Opuluxe is a short term rental management company that is looking to hire an ongoing interior decorator to furnish and stock our client's short term rentals (Airbnbs). Important facts to note about this opportunity:
We offer management services nationwide, so you must be willing to travel nationwide to perform services. (We'll give you an allowance for travel expenses should the location in a different state.)
We are only seeking those who have experience in providing interior design with least 1-2+ properties. We'll need photos of your work.
You should be open to contract-based work, which means the income isn't fixed and can fluctuate significantly based on demand. Consider this a freelance opportunity, as there may be months where client demand for interior design services is minimal or even non-existent.
You must be willing to take a $35 background check.
