Public safety affects every area of life. Without it nothing seems to work. We hear a lot about SFPD staff shortages, issues with judges and state laws… but there is a small commission with an oversized impact on our public safety that only we have been talking about: the Police Commission.

Neighborhood groups like SOAR, D2Unite, Iconic D3, and Advocates 11 have been gathering folks to represent the voice of the people at police weekly commission meetings, making public comments and providing a collective presence at Police Commission meetings.
