                                            • Important Notes :

                                              1. Exhibitors will be invoiced upon receipt of order. Payment should be made within the invoice deadline to guarantee order and service;
                                              2. Other currency accepted for invoicing is USD, with the conversion rate of USD 1 = IDR 10,000 from the above IDR rate;
                                              3. Order received after 6 November 2023 is subject to 30% surcharge. Order received On Site (27 November – 2 December 2023) is subject to 50% surcharge and cannot be guaranteed AVAILABLE;
                                              4. For 24 hour power supply, please multiply the rate by 2 and please notify the Organiser in advance before 6 November 2023 and specify the capacity requiring 24 hour;
                                              5. Rate is for 3 event days use including power consumption;
                                              6. RAW SPACE exhibitors: please make sure your appointed stand contractor is certified to carry out the power distribution within your booth. The Organiser reserves the right to hold the exhibitor liable for any damages due to failed electrical work. Exhibitors are also responsible to make sure that they or their appointed contractor order sufficient power supply to run the stand. Neither the Organiser nor the official contractors shall be held liable in case of power failure due to insufficient supply based on the order received;
                                              7. No multiplugs allowed;
                                              8. All orders are subject to stock availability;
                                              9. All rates are subject to 11% VAT.
