These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Teighlor'd Perucas services and email to order service, and the purchase of any products or services. By accessing or using our email to order service or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services or email to order service option.
1. Use of the Email to Order Service Option:
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or make a purchase.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the ordering process.
2. Product Orders:
- All orders are subject to availability. Customer understands wigs are custom made on sewing machine and results may vary for each wig. Further details outlined in Acknowledment of Purchase and Payment Agreement form that all customers must complete and submit within 24 hours of any and all products purchased inscluding digital products to avoid order cancellation.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payments:
- Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- We accept payments through from Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna.
- Sales tax will be applied as required by Indiana state law.
4. Shipping and Delivery:
- Shipping costs and delivery times are specified in our Shipping Policy.
- Risk of loss or damage to uninsured products passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds:
- Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details on returns and refunds.
- Teighlor'd Perucas may, at its discretion, issue an approved exchange, absolutely no returns or refunds.

- All content on Teighlor'd Perucas social media profiles is the property of Teighlor'd Perucas.
- You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our social media profiles without our prior written permission.
