FORM 8 Heavy and Large Exhibit

For freight information, please refer to Section D of the Exhibitor Manual for details.

Any large or heavy exhibits must be moved in by 28 November 2023, otherwise they may not be permitted entry into the exhibition stand or they may not be able to be placed into the exhibition stand once construction is almost completed. 

Heavy exhibits  : Any exhibit and / or packing case exceeding 350 kg per sqm

Large exhibits  : Any exhibit and / or packing case exceeding 1.83 m (L) x 1.83 m (W) x 1.22 m (H) or 6 ft. (L) x 6 ft (W) x 4 ft (H)

 

All such exhibits must be handled by the Official Freight Forwarder on site.

• Exhibitors with heavy exhibits have to refer to the floor loading capacity (see Rules & Regulations Section), and to provide steel plates for loading spread at their own cost;
• Exhibitors with heavy exhibits must provide plywood base at their own cost.
