Alaska LTAP Professional Development Scholarship Application

Local Government Transportation Agency staff funding for skills training that support the planning, design, construction, or maintenance of surface transportation in Alaska.
These FHWA workforce development funds are used in support of surface transportation, which includes roads and highways, public transit, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, and the Alaska Marine Highway System.

Each funding request can be up to $3000.00. Eligible expenses include attendance fees, airfare, ground transportation, and lodging. We cannot pay salary or per deim.

Please apply and receive funding approval before expenses are incurred.
