Porter County Pet Clinic is not an adoption clinic nor accepts any pets except under very special circumstances. If you feel like you would be a great home for a fur baby please fill out our adoption form and if we ever acquire or learn of a pet who needs a furever home you will be contacted as a first come first serve basis.
