Content: Basics of radio operation, frequencies, distress, emergency and medical assistance procedures, making ship to shore telephone calls, Digital Selective Calling, Global Maritime Distress Safety System.
To gain the SRC qualifcation you must complete the SRC exam, which consists of a written theory exam and assessment in the practical use of marine VHF radios There is a £70 exam fee which is included in our price below.
The exam will take place at the end of the course.
Date & Time: Sunday 8th February (9am to 5pm plus assessment time afterwards, approx. 30 minutes per person)

Cost: £115 (members) or £150 (non-members) plus a £70 exam fee
