Prior to the payment of an invoice, the following project paperwork relevant to the works order must be received by Ace Connections;

• Point of Work Risk Assessments (POWRA - daily).
• Signed and completed work instructions.
• Site photos.
• Waste transfer notes (WTN), where applicable.
• HAVS timesheets, where applicable.

Document Schedule

The following documents must be held and in date at the time of this Works Order;

• Subcontract Works Agreement and Special Terms & Conditions
• Scope of Works and Contract Specific Information
• Subcontractor Quotation
• Quality Assurance and Health & Safety Requirements
• Milestone Payment Schedule

Subject to the special terms and conditions provided, this Subcontract Works Order, including any relevant documentation and any quotation submitted by the Subcontractor, and any acceptance thereof, shall be governed by Ace Connections (East) Ltd Subcontractor Agreement to the entire exclusion of any other terms and conditions.

In the event of a conflict between any of the documentation herein or attached, the following shall be the order of precedence:

·        This Subcontract Works Order (including the Schedules attached)

·        Ace Connections (East) Ltd Subcontractor Agreement Contract 

·        Relevant Documentation

·        Any other documentation

Notwithstanding the above point, Ace Connections (East) Ltd Subcontract Works Agreement Terms and Conditions Section payment remains unchanged.

All work to be undertaken in accordance with Ace Connections policies. These can be found within our Subcontractor Workspace on monday.com.

The Subcontractor confirms acceptance of this contract by executing this contract as a deed.
