Focus Groups for design

We are hosting focus group sessions between 24th -26th Oct and 30th-2nd Nov to help people become more independent with technology, and to enable services to create more technologist roles in the future. Each session takes place so that staff, service users and individuals can provide feedback on the new Care Technologist Helpdesk website. We will take a tour of the current site plan and ask for feedback around style, content, and accessibility. The sessions will be largely informal and designed to generate conversations between participants, and last around an hour.
