• Unacceptable List
  Please ensure that the products you are submitting for approval do not include any ingredients on the Unacceptable List.
• Restricted List
  Please ensure that the products you are submitting for approval can meet ingredient restrictions on the Restricted List, you will be required to provide additional documentation later in the process
• Product Disclosure Guidelines
  Please ensure that the products you are submitting for approval can meet the Website Ingredient Disclosure and Labeling Guidelines addressed in the Licensing Criteria.

By submitting an application to the EWG Verified® program, you agree to a non-refundable $250 per product evaluation fee. 

EWG considers distinct formulations to be distinct products, and we recommend submitting a product for which you do not anticipate changes.

If a product is reformulated after application, please submit a new application and email getthemark@ewg.org to cancel your existing one. The reformulation will be subject to the $250 per-product evaluation fee.
