Thank you for your interest in the EWG VERIFIED™ program! Please complete the application below and press the submit button. After submitting your information, you will be asked to pay a $250 evaluation fee for each product you want evaluated, via credit card or Paypal. 

The verification process is a two-step process: The first is an initial review of a company’s submission materials, which takes approximately two to four weeks. If the product is eligible to move forward in the verification process, the company will be required to submit documents to prove that their product complies with any applicable restrictions.

Once all of the appropriate substantiation documents have been submitted, the second round of review will take approximately six to eight weeks. At the conclusion of the second review, the company will be notified about whether their product has been approved, is ineligible for licensing or requires further documentation.

Applicants should anticipate a submission review update approximately four weeks after we’ve received your complete application submission.

  Please ensure that the products you are submitting for approval can meet ingredient restrictions on the Restricted List, you will be required to provide additional documentation later in the process
• Product Disclosure Guidelines
  Please ensure that the products you are submitting for approval can meet the Website Ingredient Disclosure and Labeling Guidelines addressed in the Licensing Criteria.
