RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
The undersigned assumes the unavoidable risks inherent in all horse-related activities, including but not limited to bodily injury and physical harm to horse, rider, and spectator.
In Consideration, therefore, the undersigned does hereby agree to Hold Harmless and indemnify Rebecca Dennis Balanced Horsemanship, Rebecca Dennis, the premises, and all persons associated with those names and/or properties, and further release them from any liability or responsibility for accident, damage, injury, or illness to the Undersigned or to any horse owned by the Undersigned or to any family member or spectator accompanying the Undersigned on the premises.
The undersigned is also aware of the laws set forth by the State of Wisconsin regarding equine activities. Upon signing this agreement, the Undersigned acknowledges these laws and is aware they are not excused for wrongdoing, which results in injury or death, because of ignorance or misinterpretation of these laws.
The undersigned is aware and agrees that photos and video may be taken of any participants and accompanying spectators and may be used in promotions and advertising.
