Please note: By submitting the application offer form below you agree for us to use the information provided to carry out the relevant checks in-order to consider your application. Before we process your application there is a £50.00 Reservation Fee which is payable. If successful the £50.00 Reservation Fee will be off-set against any move in costs, once accepted you will also need to pay the £250.00 Holding Fee both costs will be deducted from your total move in costs. If unsuccessful with your application depending on the reasons you may be entitled to a full refund. Please ensure you are completely honest when completing your application. All information regarding fees, credit, reference & background checks can be found on our website on the quick links at the bottom of the website. Once you submit your offer application it will be reviewed and if we can proceed you will be contacted by a member of the Winnie Tree Team to take payment of Reservation Fee, they will also send you a link to complete your application form and provide the supporting evidence.
