Playoff Games where TICKETING IS DONE BY THE HOST SCHOOL

Policy for post-season games NOT ticketed by the UHSAA (this form is not to be completed):

1. Home site games revenue and the expenses of financing hosting costs, officials travel costs, game fees are the responsibility of the HOST team(higher seed).

2. If students are charged admission, then this applies to both participating schools.

3. Post season ticket pricing will apply.

4. GoFan Tickets are the required digital ticketing platform by the UHSAA. https://gofan.co/uhsaa

5. Ticket pricing for this game will be $13.00 for adults and $8.00 for students and senior adults 65 years and older. In addition, a digital service fee is included in the price of the ticket.

In the event your governing board requires a secondary cash option for the game, the ticket pricing is the same as using the UHSAA ticketing platform GoFan, $13.00 for adults and $8.00 for students and senior adults 65 and older.

Financial reimburment policies for hosting UHSAA state contest, where UHSAA tickets are sold:

1. Officials travel costs and game fees are not included in the "host maximum" amount. (UHSAA pays Officials)

2. Schools are encouraged to stay under the maximum allowed costs. These are not guaranteed maximum amounts. Please list itemized expenses at the bottom of this form.

3. This financial report must be completed by the following Monday at 4pm.

4. Student ID's and Region passes are NOT valid for admission to an postseason quarterfinal, semifinals, and final game. Only UHSAA issued Annual and Silver passes, UHSAA Media passes, and specific UHSAA Credentials are valid for admission.
