    The following items are required to process your award application:

    1. Please review the General and Specific Rules applicable to your request for awards located on our website.
    2. Complete the Year-End Award Application Form (Competitor's Report).
    3. Upload the supporting score sheet documentation or USDF score sheet. 

     Submit this form by December 15, 2024

  • ALL APPLICANTS MUST COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION

    • One entry form per horse/ride combination must be submitted.
    • You will be emailed a confirmation when your application is received.

    Some awards/prizes may be personalized by engraving or embroidery, etc. If you wish to add personal information to a potential award, please list below your suggestions (your name, your horse's name or information up to two lines only.

    • Eligible entries are from shows attended in the calendar year 2024 only.
    • Must attend any two Sanctioned Schooling Shows (USDF, WPDA, Western,
      Eventing) – Rated shows are not eligible.

    • Must meet all General Rules for Year-End Awards
    • Eligible entries are from shows attended in the calendar year 2024 only.
    • Must attend any three or more shows - any combination of Sanctioned Schooling and Rated shows are eligible. 
  • NOTE: For both of the Anniversary Awards, proof of attendance must be included with the application. Copies of the test score sheets are sufficient.

    • Highest score earned at Second level only in Open division only.
    • Must meet all General Rules for Year-End Awards.

  • VINTAGE RIDER AWARD

    • Must meet all General Rules for Year-End Awards.
    • Three (3) scores earned must be 58% or higher from riders fifty (50) years or older from three different judges.

    Four awards are offered as follows. No combination of divisions/shows is allowable. Scores are not interchangeable.

    1. Overall highest of three (3) scores above 58% from three (3) different judges will be averaged and awarded in the OPEN Divison from Recognized Shows.
    2. Overall highest of three (3) scores above 58% from three (3) different judges will be averaged and awarded in the OPEN Division from Sanctioned Schooling Shows.
    3. Overall highest of three (3) scores above 58% from three (3) different judges will be averaged and awarded in the ADULT AMATEUR Division from Recognized Shows.
    4. Overall highest of three (3) scores above 58% from three (3) different judges will be averaged and awarded in the ADULT AMATEUR Division from Sanctioned Schooling Shows.

  • SPECIAL AWARDS BY PEER OR BOARD NOMINATIONS

    • An award in this category could be the Vivano Award for Junior/Young Riders which must be submitted for recognition by the current Junior WPDA members and voted only by the Junior Membership.
    • Other awards in this category are those that are nominated and voted only by the WPDA Board; the Joe Lane Most Valuable Member and Keystone Merit Award.

    Please refer to the WPDA Handbook for more information about these awards. If you wish to nominate someone for one or these awards, please notify any Board Member. 

  • Should be Empty:
