  • The Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments (Metro COG) is committed to making its streets safer for those who walk, bike, drive, ride transit, and travel by other modes in our community, with the goal of reaching zero deaths from crashes on city streets. Metro COG is currently developing a Regional Comprehensive Safety Action Plan that will serve as a roadmap to help align road safety efforts to reduce the number of severe crashes (fatal and serious injury) that occur on all roadways. We would like you to be a part of this process by providing valuable input on how you travel in the area and your experiences related to roadway safety.

The study covers the area identified in this map and will be referred to throughout the survey as the Fargo Moorhead area.  Locations of Fatal and Serious Injury crashes are indicated on the map.
