Position Overview: As a Client Success Manager (CSM) at PT LEGENDS, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and guiding them to full adoption and absorption of our products. We are searching for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in client success experience, who thrives on developing strategic relationships and is deeply aligned with our core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with beginner coaching businesses.
- Ensure clients understand and experience the ROI/value PTL delivers.
- Proactively engage in strategic account planning and customer success issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Support, Billing, and Operations, to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Regularly meet with clients, both virtually and during in-person events
- Identify expansion opportunities and work closely with the sales team to capitalize on them.
- Maintain a keen understanding of the PTL product offerings and updates.
- Uphold the values of PT Legends in all interactions and decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success management, your own business, or an equivalent role.
- Proven proficiency in customer retention and growth in a B2C environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, & cross-group collaboration abilities.
- Upsell and cross-selling experience
