Changes to the information provided below can have an impact on show production, and last minute changes could result in your segment being postponed. Should anything change after this sheet is submitted, please let us know as soon as possible.

GETTING HERE or Tia 902 402-9158
* We’re located at 2885 Robie Street in Halifax’s north end. You will be entering via
our SIDE entrance on Russell Street. If you are arriving by taxi, please ask the
driver to take you to this entrance.
* Come to the metal door at the metal gate at the SIDE OF THE BUILDING ON
RUSSELL STREET. DO NOT COME TO THE FRONT DOOR on Robie Street.
(Look for the CML sign at the door.) There is a buzzer next to the door you can use
to call our control room. Someone will answer and hit the release button so you
can open the door. After that, come up the ramp into the gazebo, and go to the
glass door. One of our staff will be there to let you into the studio.
* You may be asked for photo identification by a staff member as part of our updated
security procedures. Please bring it with you!
COVID PRECAUTIONS
Please confirm you are double vaccinated prior to the day of your appearance
You must not have any COVID-like symptoms the day or your appearance. If you
are feeling sick, please let us know and we can make alternative arrangement for
your appearance.
Please do not bring any extra guests to the CTV studios. Only those identified on
your Guest Information Sheet will be admitted to the studio
PARKING
* Parking is available at back entrance on the Russell Street side of the building or
on the street. There is also parking in the lot at the C100 building (the pink
building) behind our building. We kindly ask that you not park in any spaces
marked “Reserved.”
* Be as quiet as you can when entering the studio, as the show may be underway
upon your arrival.
*Solid, bright-colored clothing works best. Wear something with a waistband (or a
belt) to hook a microphone battery pack to as well. (PS - our Set is usually quite
warm.)
* Chefs please provide a recipe
