EGBF 2024 - Mobile Food Vendor Inquiry

Join us for the Elk Grove Brewfest on Saturday, April 27nd from 2-6pm at Elk Grove Regional Park.

We are excited to put on another community focused event featuring local craft beer, food vendors, activities, music & more!

A few items to note:

City of Refuge is our benefiting non-profit (Federal Tax ID: 46-2676243).
We are anticipating approximately 3,500 attendees.
You will be required to setup at least two hours before the event start time.
You will need to be flexible with load-in time and instructions.
You will need to provide your own power.
Food Vendor Fee is $175.
There will be Health Department fees depending on the type of permit you have.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accomodate food trucks this year.
Filling out this form does not mean you are accepted into EGBF as it's only the first step for consideration.
