    Participation can only be confirmed once this form is submitted and payment is affected. The relevant participation fee (€20 for JA alumni) / €25 all others) should be settled via mobile-to-mobile payments using the mobile number 99806475. Please include your name and surname and "Improv workshop" in the comments section when affecting payment. An email confirming participation will be sent once the payment is received. Although cancellations are not refundable, you are free to find a replacement to attend the same workshop in your stead should you be unable to participate on the day.
