    Volunteer Form • We need YOU!
  • The Show will need lots of wonderful volunteers again. Please indicate both the DAY,TIME SLOT and ROLE you can assist with during the Show.  We will endeavour to match your requested area wherever possible.  All volunteers are entered in a special draw.

  • ROLE DESCRIPTIONS

    Thursday - receive quilts, distribute quilts, hang quilts

    Friday, Saturday and  Sunday:

    Kitchen and Cafe - able to stand for 2 hours, carry trays, clear tables, washing up, food preparation (under supervision), 4-6pm Sunday for cafe clean up

    White gloving - happy quilters willing to talk with visitors, sitting and standing involved

    Front desk - money handling, EFTPOS use, a "people person", mainly sitting

    Show pull down - folding quilts, unassembling frames, clean up hall
