Important Information
As of January 1st 2024, all No Objection Certificates (NOC) will cost $30 AUD exclusive of GST. Hockey Australia will begin processing your NOC once payment has been received.

Please pay the NOC fee by purchasing it through the Hockey Australia Shop. NOC must be purchased seperately per athelete.

You will need the order reference number from the purchase to complete this form.
