    - Specializing in strength & conditioning, mobility,  sports specific & functional    training.

    Having always been involved in sports competitively and recreationally I love doing sports specific work. 

     I work closely with Biokineticists and physiotherapists and help with post rehab training programs. I love the mix of functional training, strength & conditioning, small groups and one on one.

    Born in Rwanda and now calling South Africa home since 2007, Elyvin's fitness journey ignited at 17 when he discovered the world of weightlifting in his high school gym. Inspired by action heroes, he aimed to match their strength and physique.


    Elyvin holds a certification from ETA as a Personal Trainer. He emphasizes a balanced approach to health, understanding that true well-being encompasses more than just exercise.


    Driven by his fascination with movement and fitness techniques, Elyvin helps clients build fitness, strength and mobility. He's equally passionate about nutrition and lifestyle habits, which he incorporates into tailored fitness programs for lasting results.


    Beyond the gym, Elyvin thrives outdoors, whether running, exploring hiking trails, practicing yoga, or capturing moments through photography.
