Public Speaking Day 2024 U18 Parental Consent Form

Staffordshire YFC Parental Permission - PUBLIC SPEAKING DAY 2024

Parental Permission to attend the above named activity. This form is to be completed and submitted by the parent/guardian of the members aged 17 or under. It gives consent for the member to attend and states the details of the individual who will remain responsible for the supervision of that member during the activity.
DATE: Sunday 24th November 2024

VENUE: Staffordshire County Showground, Weston Road, Stafford, ST18 0BD

TIME: The competitions day to start at 9am and finish around 5pm

All members taking part must have access to their current digital membership card (2024-25)

Refreshments will be available to purchase through out the day
