Terms & Conditions for the Repair of your Turbo
1. All turbos are dismantled & checked thoroughly once received - we do not charge for the initial inspection.
2. You will be quoted before we carry out any repair.
3. Once the quote is accepted, payment will be required in full before we can proceed with the repair.
4. If you decide not to accept the quote, all unrepaired turbos will be returned in a dismantled state.
5. If you do not want the turbo repaired but put back together again, there will be a labour charge incurred.
6. Quoted repairs awaiting customer action for more than 30 days will be scrapped or sold to recoup costs.
7. Warranty repairs must have all appropriate paperwork.
8. All unrepaired returned turbos will incur a delivery charge.
