    When you come in for your Braid/Up-Style appointment please note: 

    DO NOT Put any kind of serums or oils in your hair.
    DO NOT FLAT IRON.

    *Wear a button down shirt, so you can change it easily. 

    *Wash your hair a day before and round brush blow it out with a little bit of hair product. (if you want your natural texture - wear your hair down, in its natural curl formation. 

    Products I recommend is by Innersense Organic Beauty - iCreate Lift (for fine hair) or Serenity Smoothing Cream (for long/medium length/thickness hair). I Create Volume (for curly textures

    Deposit Policy:

    For long appointment (more than 2 hours) we require a deposit. $55 Deposits claims the appointment slot and will always go toward your remaining total balance of the service. Canceling within 48 hours will forfeit your deposit. Deposits are NON-refundable. If you need to cancel your appointment, you may use $55 deposit to book a different day. Expiration date is six months from the day of the deposit.

    Cancellation Policy: I understand that things can come up. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please know that a 48 hour notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling. Canceling within 48 hours will forfeit your deposit. This will need to be paid prior to the scheduling of another appointment. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld we require a credit card to book any appointment. Any appointment not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time falls under my cancellation policy protocol. You will be charged 50% to your card on file of what the scheduled services were valued at. If you have any questions regarding this policy please communicate them before committing to an appointment.

    Adjustments
    No refunds of service. If something does not meet your expectation, please communicate it during the appointment.

    Services and Pricing. All services and prices may be subject to change without notice. 

    Payment. For your convenience, we accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and personal checks. Payment is due upon completion of your service.

    Card Authorization. You authorize us to keep your signature and credit card information securely on file in our account. You also authorize us to charge your credit card for any outstanding balances when due.

    Right to Refuse Service. The safety of our staff and clients is paramount. As such, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we feel may pose a health or safety risk. This includes but is not limited to lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illness (continuous cough, displaying fever symptoms), or displays of any rude/obnoxious or otherwise inappropriate behavior. We will demand that you leave our salon and you will be prohibited from returning. 

    Smoking and Vaping. Please note that it is illegal to smoke or vape anywhere in our salon.  

    Personal Items. Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving our salon as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

    Limitation of Liability. You shall not hold the KO Styles, LLC or our employees liable and agree to indemnify us for any harm, claim, loss, costs, damage, injury, or product reaction to any person or property arising, either directly or indirectly from our service, or any other reason whatsoever.
