We are currently working on a Concept/Model of Ministry to be set on a rotational basis 2-3 times per year where we would facilitate "breakout sessions" during which we would have target specific ministries to resource our church family. If we shifted our Wednesday Night Service Gathering to breaking out into classes after worship, while still having our nursery, kids and youth departments, is this something that would be beneficial to you?

Insight: Our goal is to be able to meet our Church Family where they are at and facilitate specific needs within our family. Some examples of our breakout gatherings would be: Faith, Family, Finances, Freedom Foundations. Along with this, Pastor Christopher would also facilitate a Bible Study of specific books of the Bible along with these additional 4 gatherings to be conducted all at the same time.
