1. Must be a legal resident of the United States to be eligible for the Fishman Holiday 2025 Offer.
2. Receipts from multiple purchases may be combined only if submitted online at the same time.
3. Qualifying purchase must be made through fishman.com. Purchases made through other retailers, third-party sellers or auction sites do not qualify. Not valid on previous purchases.
4. Any information provided to Fishman shall become Fishman’s property and will be handled in accordance with Fishman’s Privacy Policy, available for review online at https://www.fishman.com/privacy.
5. Proof of purchase is required. Incomplete submissions or without proper documentation will not be accepted, at Fishman’s sole discretion. Fishman is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected email, or illegible submissions. All submissions must be sent via this form.
6. Offer limited to consumers only. Fishman dealers, distributors, and other resellers are not eligible for this offer.
7. Your rights to the Fishman Holiay 2025 Offer cannot be transferred. This offer is void where taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law. You will not be contacted by Fishman if this offer becomes void.
8. Allow up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of your Fishman Swag. Items cannot be mailed to PO Boxes.
