We encourage you to host an arts and craft activity or fun holiday game to ensure your booth is interactive. Will you be hosting an activity / holiday game?
Important Event Information: The event begins at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 2, 2023, and ends at 4 p.m.

Booth setup begins at 1 pm on Saturday, December 2, 2023. Booths must be completed no later than 1:30 p.m.

Vendors are responsible for the setup and tear down of booths.

The event will be at the West Dallas Multipurpose Center:

2828 Fish Trap Road, Dallas, TX 75212

No items will be sold at the event. All information must be free and on-hand giveaways are preferred.

Booths are free!
Informational Booth Selections are on a first-come, first-served basis. The facility can accommodate 30 tables/ Booths comfortably. The facility will provide tables and chairs.
Once your application is approved, you will receive an approval email.

Once we have reached 30 registrations, all other submissions will be denied due to capacity.
