  • Purpose

    These meetings are designed as brief 15 minute ‘check-ins’ with your child's teacher. Any in-depth meetings which require more time should be requested for another date by emailing the teacher.

  • Organization of the Meeting:

    • Start 1:00pm
    • End 7:00pm
    • Given the limits of time, we estimate that to make the best use of the slots available, you should focus on trying to see a maximum of eight teachers
    • By scheduling your meeting you are given priority of that time slot. 
    • Please arrive and depart on-time for all meetings
    • Each meeting will last 15 minutes only

    Please ensure that you leave enough time between meetings to find your next meeting.

     

  • How to use this form.

    • Please discuss with your child, which teachers might be a priority to meet. Click on multiple teachers' names on the next page. Each teacher clicked will cause individual windows to pop up.
    • Reserve a meeting-slot with these teachers on the next page.
    • Once you have made your choices, click SUBMIT. You will then receive an email detailing your selections
    • Print this email and bring it on the night of the meeting as a helpful reminder

    Be careful not to select the same time for two different meetings as this system will not be able to warn you if you do so.
