The only thing that would change the price is if we would have to do serious, plumbing, electrical or foundation work. The price you see, includes all demo, haul off of debris and finish work to complete the project that you chose. We provide all materials and labor, and will file all Permits. Some work sites may be dangerous, unfinished, or not dry. Once work has been started please refrain from entering project zone unless with a THP representative.Interior/ exterior power & water may be needed for this project.***ALL DISCOUNTS APPLIED***Interior repairs - Wall and ceiling texture - Drywall texture is almost impossible to duplicate perfectly, there are so many variables including : "mud" mixture ratios, the machine used, nozzle , speed of application and ambient temperature all play a part in the out come. We are REALLY good at it but it will never match perfectly.Paint Matching - We use industry leading paint matching techniques but, if your paint is weathered, old or has been discolored due to smoke or any other outside force, it will be difficult to match perfectly . We will get it as close as we can.If you paid for a repair of a small area please keep in mind that it is a REPAIR and when you put anything new next to anything old there may be a slight difference in appearance. Please reach out to your inspector if you have any questions.Final payment must be made within 2 weeks (10 business days) from date of project completion (not to include touch ups or "punch out list" items). Project completion to be defined as: when final invoice is sent via email. If payment is not made within the 10 business days than all warranties written and expressed are VOID. Late fees may be charged at our discretion.A late fee of 1.5% APR MONTHLY will be charged to you automatically 31 days after final invoice is sent via email. Charges accrue monthly. Late fee applies to overdue amount. All legal fees and charges are to be paid by the customer which are due upon billing.We are a remodeling company, we install products that we have been using for years and we trust we do not install inferior products. We will only install what we would trust in our own homes with our own money. Our warranty covers workmanship or materials and products that we installed improperly. It DOES NOT include wear and tear, improper use or lack of maintenance. All warranty trips to your property will be billed at $49.00 if the repair in question is due to wear and tear, improper use or lack of maintenance. 4 Year Texas HomePro Labor Warranty Included. All of our projects are covered under our labor warranty for no additional cost!We want to make sure you and your home are always taken care of! A $49 service call fee will be charged for any warranty claims made by you. The service fee is 100% refundable if the work is actually a defect in our labor or pre mature wear of and item installed. The fee is non refundable if the claim is due to abuse or neglect of the work/material performed.
