Term Membership Terms & Conditions
Domestic workers are not permitted to enter the club at any time, under any circumstances, except if attending a function organised by the club for them.

All fees paid are non-refundable. They are subject to prevailing GST & subject to change without prior notice.

Monthly subscription fee of $196 for single / $265 for family & quarterly food & beverage minimum spending levy of $240 is applicable.

Term Membership is an annual membership for all nationalities, with no voting rights and is non-transferable.

Upgrades to Lifetime Membership can be made at any time during the Term Membership. The upgrade fee consists of the difference between the Term Membership joining fee previously paid and the prevailing Lifetime Membership joining fee, plus $1,000. This fee applies regardless of when the upgrade occurs within the one-year term. If there is a promotion for Lifetime Membership, the difference is still calculated based on the standard Lifetime Membership fee, not the promotional fee.

Term members may not apply for absent status.

Gym is for members only. For all other sports facilities, members may bring up to 3 guests on week days and 1 guest on week ends and public holidays. The same guest can only be signed in for sports once a month. Guest fee for sports applies.

Coaching must be done using club appointed coaches, external coaches are not permitted.

Members wishing to resign their membership are required to give one calendar month notice in writing.

Children of members may use the club as part of their parents’ membership till their 28th birthday.

The Member Relations department will be in touch to schedule an appointment for a compulsory orientation session.

It is compulsory for new members to attend the Members Connect Night.

The current Rules, Bye-Laws and policies of the club supersede earlier versions.

Ordinary Membership is a lifetime membership for British Citizens only, with voting rights and is non-transferable.

OR

Associate Lifetime Membership is a lifetime membership for non-British Citizens only, with no voting rights and is non-transferable.

Transferable Membership Terms & Conditions
Domestic workers are not permitted to enter the club at any time, under any circumstances, except if attending a function organised by the club for them.

All fees paid are non-refundable. They are subject to prevailing GST & subject to change without prior notice.

The club does not undertake any efforts to re-sell transferable memberships.

Transferable Individual Membership is a lifetime membership for all nationalities, with voting rights. Transfer fee of $7,500 or 50% of selling price whichever is higher is payable at point of transfer. It is personal and can not be transferred to a company.

Associate Transferable Membership is a lifetime membership for non-British Citizens only, with no voting rights. Transfer fee of $7,500 or 50% of selling price whichever is higher is payable at point of transfer. It is personal and can not be transferred to a company.
