                          • Collab Inquiry Agreement:

                            Completion of this form does not guarantee Sponsorship/Partnership with KurayamiCon or it's parent company Occult Operations, Inc. After Sponsorship Inquiry forms are submitted and received, a review will be conducted before invoices are sent.

                            Once an invoice is paid and contractual paperwork returned, the sponsor agrees to all contractual obligtions and negotiated deliverables.
