        Tech Trainer - Tax Exempt Programs Only. This model contains all the features needed to successfully train Child Passenger Safety Technician candidates in the classroom on common belt systems and aligns with the National Child Passenger Safety Technician certification training. This training seat contains the following features: ​Lap-and-shoulder belt with switchable retractor that contains a sliding latch plate, locking latch plate, and dynamic latch plate. One lap belt with emergency locking retractor, ​lap belt with locking latch plate, and ​complete LATCH system​​.  Additional options: Colored seat belt options to increase visibility while demonstrating car seat installation. Custom seat belt configurations may be special ordered.
