The Customer assumes full responsibility for any such risks and agrees to hold CPS Resources, LLC, its employees, instructors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the product. Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify and defend CPS Resources, LLC its employees, instructors, and affiliates against any claims, demands, or lawsuits arising out of or related to the Customer's use or misuse of the Product. This includes any legal fees and costs incurred in defending against such claims. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
