1. This form should be used for DP's when booking congregational training.

DP'S - PLEASE NOTE, IF YOUR CHURCHES IS HOSTING THE TRAINING SESSION YOU WILL STILL NEED TO REGISTER SPACES.

2. Individuals can book online training by completing their personal information below and idicating which session they wish to attend.

3. Please make sure your DP is made aware of your attendance at the training.

4. Please ensure the correct session is selected - NI or ROI depending on where you are based.

4. If you sign up for an ONLINE session, do not share the link with others. This will cause numbers to be exceeded and may crash the session if too many people are logged on.
