There is one private room available in each workshop for additional charge of $1000.00. Please let us know if you are interested in it. There is only one available for the April 5th workshop, the other workshop is sold. (please note this is a first come first serve option.)*

A deposit of $7500 per person is required to complete booking the reservation (but not for getting on the wait list). We will contact you with follow up e-mail with instructions for making your deposit. Note that your spot is NOT secured until your deposit is received and all requests are taken on a first come, first served basis.

A current passport valid for at least 6 months after entry is required. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Cancellation Policy:*

Serengeti Workshop. A 50% refund of the deposit fee (per person) will be returned if written notice of cancellation is received by Backcountry Gallery LLC at least 120 days prior to scheduled arrival. No refund any monies for "no show" or cancellations received less than 120 days prior to arrival. All refunds will be issued via bank check, no refunds will be issued via credit card. By checking the box you agree that you have read and understand the cancellation policy above.
