Order special terms: The employer shall help collect information from employees to enroll them in Skillshare for Teams. Following the Initial Term, this Agreement will renew for an additional year (each, a “Renewal Term”, and together with the Initial Term, the “Term”). Either party may terminate this agreement at the end of the Initial Term or a Renewal Term by providing at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other party. Additional units may be purchased at the standard membership price.

The undersigned agrees that this Order Confirmation Form is binding and governed by the Skillshare Terms of Service (located at www.skillshare.com/terms).
