This is an application form for Collaroy Plateau Community Kindergarten's waitlist. It does not guarantee a preschool place for your child. Once this application and $50 waitlist administration fee (non-refundable) are received, we will email you to confirm your child's name on our waitlist.

Offers of Preschool places are made commencing July in the year preceding entry. It is important that you notify us of any changes to your contact details. Enrolment offers continue to be made up until the end of the year and into the new year.

During our preschool year, if places become available, we return to the waitlist and continue offering places. Preferred days for your child's attendance can be selected at the time of enrolment offer. Please head to our website for further information about attendance patterns.
